1. Returns and Refunds Policy

All sales are final, and returns are not accepted for changes of mind or personal preferences. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, I am committed to making it right with a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  1. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, you must contact me within 7 days of delivery.

    Please provide clear photo evidence of the damage or defect as proof.

    Upon verification, return shipping costs will be covered.

    If no photo evidence is provided, I reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.

  2. Return Process:

    Once a return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.

    Returns or exchanges may take up to 14 business days to process after the artwork is received.

  3. Non-Damage Related Returns:

    If an exception is made for a non-damage related return, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees.

    Returned items must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  4. Final Notes:

    I am not responsible for any damages that occur after delivery. Ensure your artwork is handled with care upon receipt.

    All custom artwork, limited editions, or pieces purchased on sale are non-refundable.

2. Shipping Policy

I aim to ensure that your artwork is delivered to you in perfect condition. Once your order is placed, the production of your custom piece will take 8-10 days, unless otherwise noted for commissioned pieces.

  • Shipping Time: Shipping times vary based on your location and the size of your piece. Standard shipping for pieces enabled for purchase in the store on this website typically takes 2-5 business days within the US via UPS Express. For larger custom sizes or commissions please reach out to place your order, and I’ll work to secure the best rates and ensure safe delivery.

  • Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. For international orders, shipping times will vary depending on the destination and customs regulations.

  • Custom Delivery: In some cases, if you are located nearby, hand delivery can be arranged. Please contact me directly for details.

  • International Shipping: I don’t offer shipping outside the USA. If this is something you are interested in contact me directly.
